(손정락) [He/Him]

PhD student

I am a PhD student working on quantum information theory and quantum thermodynamics. I work with Prof. Nelly Ng at Nanyang Technological University. There are so many fascinating topics in this field, but I am particularly drawn towards the concept of 'catalysis' in resource theories and beyond.

Before I came to Singapore, I was a student trainee and later a research assistant in Prof. Juzar Thingna's group at PCS, IBS in Korea. I published 2 papers during this period, both on the interplay between monitoring schemes and quantum thermal machines.

I love boring films. I recently started to write film reviews/criticisms. Check my Letterboxd account or my published works in Exposure, NTU film society journal.
